The Foundation Certificate course provides an understanding of the complete framework, covering the disciplines and activities for achieving business objectives and delivering business benefits.

The course teaches the 7 principles, 7 themes and 7 processes of PRINCE2^®. You will learn how to apply the method to initiate, organise, plan, manage and control your projects. Through expert instruction, the training course provides the keys to successfully delivering the right products, at the right time and within budget.

The Foundation Certificate exam is administered at the conclusion of the course. For those seeking full professional certification, the Practitioner course may be taken after completing the Foundation course.
