Recognition in Project Management

Dave Wright received an award as a Finalist in the PMI’s National Project Manager of the Year 2009 in August.

The award was presented by Senator Gary Humpries in front of a packed delegation of Project Managers during the National Project Manamgent Conference PMOZ at the National Convention Centre in Canberra.

Dave said “It’s a great honour to be presented with this award.

The award relates to a project successfully implemented at a large financial group in Brisbane during 2008/9.  The project delivered Know Your Customer solutions for the Anti-Money Laundering compliance and used, amongst others, Agile techniques.
