QVC offers an independent project review or health check, carried out by specially selected team of experts, at key stages in a project’s lifecycle.

QVC will come and provide you with a status of a your project or program. We use our well-proven processes which quickly highlight areas that require attention. We ensure that any lessons learnt can be applied so that corrective actions and improvements can be applied into your future projects or programs.

QVC has a specialist capability and formal certification in running Gateway Reviews. The Gateway Review™ process developed by the United Kingdom’s Office of Government Commerce offers a formal methodology and process to undertake project reviews.

We offer two types of assessments;

1. Focused health checks for corrective actions – to investigate a specific issue.
2. Health Checks for preventative actions – analysis of Conformance and Performance.
