Your project, no matter how small, large or complex, will be delivered successfully with QVC.  Your QVC project manager will typically have 10+ years experience managing projects, programs and portfolios.  He or she will have a certification such as PMP, RegPM, Prince2, MSP and AgilePM.  This year one of our project managers was a finalist in the Project Manager of the Year Award based on a project we delivered.

Your QVC project manager will be quality assured by senior QVC staff.  We review key deliverables as part of the service and we review the assignment periodically.  One customer who leads project delivery at an organisation in Brisbane says this is the most valuable component of the QVC delivery approach.  “QVC actually delivers on the QA component which helps make sure we’re all on track”.
